  • • Maintain and update product SKUs, collections, landing pages, navigation, and internal linking within Shopify to ensure accurate and current product catalog representation.
  • • Manage product images, descriptions, and conduct quality assurance checks across the entire product catalog to uphold brand standards and customer experience.
  • • Support conversion rate optimization (CRO) by identifying user experience friction points and implementing improvements to site functionality and layout.
  • • Monitor and maintain site management tools including Judge.me for review management and customer feedback integration.
  • • Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, and alt text for all products and collections to enhance search engine visibility and organic traffic.
  • • Implement Booster SEO recommendations and oversee blog optimization, internal linking strategies, and AEO/GEO initiatives to improve discoverability.
  • • Track and analyze key performance metrics using Shopify, GA4, Pinterest Analytics, and Klaviyo to evaluate add-to-cart, checkout, purchase events, and product performance.
  • • Deliver weekly KPI dashboards with actionable insights to leadership based on data trends and performance anomalies.
  • • Support Klaviyo campaign setup, audience segmentation, subscriber growth, and lifecycle email flow execution with performance reporting.
  • • Optimize email campaigns using analytics insights to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion outcomes.
  • • Create, schedule, and optimize Pinterest pins while tracking performance against defined KPIs and adjusting strategy accordingly.
  • • Support Instagram and TikTok content scheduling, creation, and engagement monitoring to maintain consistent brand presence across social platforms.
  • • Develop content pillars, research emerging trends, and ideate campaigns aligned with the brand’s visual identity and customer preferences.
  • • Contribute to user-generated content (UGC) initiatives and community engagement efforts to strengthen brand loyalty and authenticity.
  • • Manage customer email inquiries related to shipping, product issues, or order concerns, resolving them promptly and professionally.
  • • Keep FAQs updated with accurate information based on recurring customer questions and feedback.
  • • Maintain and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), change logs, and project documentation with precision and consistency.
  • • Work within U.S. business hours to support U.S.-based clients, ensuring timely communication and operational alignment.
  • • Collaborate directly with the founder to execute day-to-day ecommerce operations and contribute to strategic growth decisions.
  • • Adapt quickly across multiple functions including SEO, CRM, analytics, social media, and customer service within a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
  • • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints including product pages, email campaigns, and social media content.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce operations, content support, or growth marketing
  • • Hands-on experience with Shopify and ecommerce platforms is required
  • • Demonstrated ability to execute operational tasks and track performance metrics consistently
  • • Experience working with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms is a strong plus
  • • Familiarity with GA4, Pinterest Analytics, or other reporting tools is advantageous
  • • Experience with lifestyle, travel, home dĂ©cor, or ecommerce brands is a nice-to-have
