- • As an Elastic Search / ELK Stack Engineer at Brillio, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade observability solutions using the Elastic Stack to transform reactive monitoring into a proactive, intelligent, and scalable ecosystem for mission-critical applications.
- • You will design and build end-to-end observability architectures, develop and scale a large backlog of ESS dashboards (including cluster health, APM, infrastructure metrics, and synthetic monitoring), and expand APM, tracing, and real-user monitoring capabilities across microservices.
- • You will work closely with the EOT Observability Team, internal CDLs, and application teams as an ESS Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance, standards, and best practices while driving intelligent alerting, SLO/SLI definition, and anomaly detection.

🎯 Requirements
- • Strong hands-on experience with the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats/Elastic Agent, Elastic APM)
- • Proven experience building enterprise-scale observability dashboards in ESS
- • Deep understanding of microservices architecture and Kubernetes/OpenShift (OCP)
- • Experience with APM, distributed tracing, logging, and metrics correlation
- • Ability to design multi-layer observability (infrastructure → platform → application)
