- • As an Electrical Engineering Tutor at xAI Corporation, you will play a critical role in advancing the company’s mission to build AI systems that understand the universe by providing expert-level input, labeling, and feedback on complex electrical and computer engineering problems using proprietary annotation tools. - • Day-to-day responsibilities include using proprietary software to accurately label and annotate electrical engineering datasets, collaborating with technical teams to improve annotation workflows and tool design, interpreting evolving project instructions to execute tasks with precision, ensuring the delivery of high-quality curated data for AI training, supporting the development of new AI tasks through expert feedback, and regularly analyzing complex problems where your engineering expertise can drive measurable improvements in model performance.

🎯 Requirements
- • Must possess a Master’s or PhD in electrical or computer engineering, or a highly-related field.
- • Proficiency in reading and writing in both informal and professional English.
- • Strong ability to navigate information resources, databases, and online resources effectively.
- • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational capabilities.
- • Solid reading comprehension skills with the capacity to exercise autonomous judgment when working with limited data or ambiguous instructions.
