- • Lead and manage multiple IT project management assignments within the Eligibility Operations Product Line, ensuring end-to-end delivery from planning to execution.
- • Develop project strategies, define detailed requirements, and establish roadmaps to align with client and vendor implementation goals.
- • Coordinate, schedule, and assign project tasks while building and maintaining effective working relationships with client functional teams outside of IT.
- • Apply standardized project management methodologies and reporting techniques to track project status, milestones, and performance metrics.
- • Identify, evaluate, and formulate comprehensive project plans including resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- • Negotiate and adjust project schedules and resource commitments to meet evolving business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- • Monitor and report on project quality and performance using established IT project metrics and benchmarks.
- • Collaborate with client departments to coordinate systems testing, installation, training, and ongoing support activities.
- • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on eligibility data exchange processes, including EDI 834 file handling and eligibility file management.
- • Execute and manage load jobs using Mainframe, Rumba, and TSO environments to support operational workflows.
- • Drive process improvement initiatives by leading or owning components of business process redesign and optimization.
- • Advise functional leaders with deep professional knowledge to influence standards, best practices, and organizational efficiency.
- • Maintain awareness of technical and operational advancements in IT project management and eligibility systems to ensure continued relevance and innovation.
- • Act as a trusted collaborative advisor across teams, providing thought leadership in IT project management within the broader organizational context.
- • Ensure client and stakeholder satisfaction through proactive communication, transparent reporting, and timely resolution of project challenges.
- • Operate in a remote capacity with consistent adherence to minimum internet speed requirements of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or GED
- • 3+ years of experience in IT project management
- • 3+ years of experience in a client/vendor-facing role
- • Experience with execution of load jobs using Mainframe, Rumba, or TSO
- • Experience working with EDI (834) and Eligibility files
- • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10Mbps download / 5Mbps upload) for remote work
