📋 Description

• • An Email Designer at Willow Health, Inc. plays a key role in translating marketing strategies into visually compelling, high-performing email campaigns that support the company’s mission of delivering personalized, responsible cosmetic weight loss care through telehealth.
• • Day to day, the person will design emails for campaigns and lifecycle journeys (welcome, onboarding, retention, winback, upsell), build and test emails in platforms like Customer.io or Klaviyo, ensure responsiveness across devices and inboxes, collaborate with copywriters and growth teams, maintain email design systems, and iterate based on performance insights—all within a remote, Slack-first environment using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and ClickUp.

The Email Designer sits within the Creative team under the Marketing organization, reporting to the Creative Director and partnering closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager.
• • In this role, the person can deepen expertise in email marketing design and execution, gain hands-on experience with leading email platforms, contribute to brand evolution in-channel, and grow their impact by balancing aesthetic excellence with conversion-focused design in a fast-paced, remote-first DTC health brand.
