  • • Join a team of 3–5 engineers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality, low-maintenance embedded software solutions that enable organizations to strengthen their position in the digital economy.
  • • Apply extensive Qt and C++ expertise to build robust, efficient, and scalable embedded systems tailored to client-specific requirements.
  • • Implement test-driven development (TDD) practices to ensure code quality, reliability, and long-term maintainability of embedded applications.
  • • Collaborate directly with client teams to advise on modern software development methodologies, helping them adopt scalable and sustainable engineering practices.
  • • Take ownership of end-to-end software delivery, from architecture and implementation to testing and deployment, with autonomy over technical decisions.
  • • Work remotely with a globally distributed team of curious, self-driven engineers who prioritize technical excellence over bureaucracy.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of professional experience with Qt and C++ in embedded systems development
