• • The Database Administration Manager leads a defined area within Database Administration and Management, accountable for the delivery, performance, and reliability of assigned database services, supporting enterprise database environments across multiple platforms.
• • Oversees day-to-day database operations including performance, availability, security, and data integrity; manages database utilities, capacity planning, backups, and recovery; partners with application, infrastructure, and business teams to support database needs and resolve issues.
