- • As an Engagement Associate for the EMEA region, you will be instrumental in ensuring our valued clients are not only supported but are consistently deriving maximum value from the Legora platform. This role is crucial for fostering client success, driving adoption, and cultivating deep, lasting relationships. You will be the frontline advocate for our clients, understanding their unique challenges and guiding them towards achieving their strategic objectives with our technology.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to own and meticulously manage a dedicated portfolio of client accounts. This involves building robust, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their workflows, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their engagement with Legora. You will be the go-to person for your clients, providing them with the support and guidance they need to thrive.
- • You will work closely with and support our senior Engagement Managers on larger, enterprise-level client engagements. This support will encompass the entire client lifecycle, from seamless onboarding and comprehensive training to providing ongoing, proactive assistance. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring these high-profile clients experience a smooth and highly effective integration of Legora into their operations.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to actively help diagnose client challenges. This requires a keen analytical mind to uncover root causes of any issues or areas for improvement. You will then contribute to the development of structured solutions and the refinement of our engagement playbooks, ensuring best practices are consistently applied across our client base.
- • You will be responsible for running regular check-ins, conducting insightful product enablement sessions, and facilitating productive success reviews with your assigned clients. These interactions are essential for reinforcing the value proposition of Legora, demonstrating new features, and ensuring clients are leveraging the platform to its fullest potential.
- • Proactive monitoring of client usage trends and customer health signals will be a critical part of your day-to-day activities.
