As the Engagement Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and success of our innovative platform within leading life science organizations. - • In this strategic role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with our key clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding their unique scientific challenges and demonstrating how TetraScience's platform can deliver tangible value and accelerate their research objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding clients through the implementation process, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions into their existing workflows, and maximizing their return on investment.
- • You will lead a team of highly skilled engagement professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Your leadership will involve setting clear objectives, providing mentorship and development opportunities, and ensuring the team consistently delivers exceptional client experiences. This includes overseeing project timelines, managing resources effectively, and proactively identifying and mitigating any potential risks or challenges.
- • A significant part of your role will involve understanding the evolving needs of the scientific community and translating these insights into actionable strategies for our product and sales teams. You will be the voice of the customer within TetraScience, advocating for their requirements and contributing to the continuous improvement of our platform and services. This deep understanding of client needs will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities for growth and expanding our footprint within existing accounts.
- • You will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive engagement strategies tailored to each client. This includes defining success metrics, establishing regular communication cadences, and conducting performance reviews to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Your ability to articulate the value proposition of TetraScience's solutions, both technically and from a business perspective, will be key to fostering deep partnerships.
- • The Engagement Director will also be responsible for driving the adoption of new features and functionalities, ensuring clients are leveraging the full potential of the TetraScience platform. This may involve organizing training sessions, developing best practice guides, and sharing success stories from across our client base. Your proactive approach to client enablement will be critical in maximizing user engagement and ensuring long-term platform stickiness.
- • Collaboration will be a cornerstone of this role. You will work closely with our Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to client engagement. By bridging the gap between client needs and internal capabilities, you will ensure that TetraScience remains aligned with market demands and continues to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- • Furthermore, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting on key engagement metrics, providing insights into client health, satisfaction, and potential churn risks. This data-driven approach will enable informed decision-making and allow for timely interventions to ensure client success and retention. Your ability to analyze complex data and present clear, concise findings to senior leadership will be highly valued.

- • Responsibilities will include:
- • Leading and mentoring a team of engagement managers and specialists.
- • Developing and executing strategic account plans for key clients.
- • Serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for senior client stakeholders.
- • Driving platform adoption, user engagement, and overall client satisfaction.
- • Identifying and escalating client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- • Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to meet client needs.
- • Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client engagement and success.
- • Gathering client feedback to inform product development and strategic initiatives.
- • Proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- • Staying informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
- • Ensuring seamless onboarding and implementation of new clients.
- • Conducting regular business reviews with clients to demonstrate value and align on future goals.
- • Championing the TetraScience vision and value proposition to all client stakeholders.
- • Contributing to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing within the engagement team.
- • Managing client escalations and ensuring effective resolution.
- • Building strong, collaborative relationships across all levels of client organizations.
- • Advocating for client needs internally to influence product roadmap and service improvements.
- • Measuring and reporting on the ROI achieved by clients using the TetraScience platform.
- • Developing and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations of TetraScience solutions.
- • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).
