As an Engagement Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and success of our transformative platform within leading life sciences organizations, ensuring our clients achieve their most ambitious research and development goals.
- • In this high-impact role, you will be the primary strategic advisor and trusted partner to our key enterprise clients, deeply understanding their scientific workflows, data challenges, and strategic objectives. You will lead the end-to-end engagement lifecycle, from initial client onboarding and strategic planning to ongoing value realization and expansion. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding clients through the implementation of the TetraScience platform, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems and workflows, and maximizing the return on their investment.
- • You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive account strategies that align with client business priorities. This involves identifying opportunities to deepen our partnership, introduce new platform capabilities, and drive the adoption of advanced analytics and AI solutions. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value will be essential in fostering strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including R&D leaders, IT departments, and data scientists.
- • A significant part of your role will involve collaborating closely with our internal Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams. You will act as the voice of the customer, providing invaluable feedback to inform our product roadmap and service enhancements. By championing client needs and advocating for their success, you will ensure that TetraScience continues to deliver cutting-edge solutions that address the evolving demands of the scientific community.
- • You will lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet and exceed client expectations. This includes overseeing the technical implementation, data migration, and user training aspects of the engagement, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to the TetraScience platform.
- • Furthermore, you will be instrumental in identifying and nurturing opportunities for account growth and expansion. By proactively identifying new use cases and demonstrating the tangible benefits of our platform, you will contribute directly to the company's revenue growth and market leadership.
- • Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the life sciences industry, including drug discovery, development, and manufacturing processes. You should possess a strong grasp of scientific data management principles, cloud technologies, and the potential of AI and machine learning in scientific research. 🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in a client-facing strategic role such as Engagement Director, Senior Account Manager, or Solutions Consultant within the life sciences or a related technology sector.
- • Deep understanding of the life sciences R&D lifecycle, including drug discovery, preclinical, clinical development, and manufacturing processes.
- • Strong technical aptitude with experience in data management, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and an understanding of AI/ML concepts.
- • Excellent strategic account management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
- • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and business value propositions clearly.
- • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering); advanced degree preferred.
