This is a pivotal role where you will serve as the primary liaison between Valence and our prestigious clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our innovative solutions. You will be at the forefront of revolutionizing leadership development by deploying the first-ever AI-powered coaching solution to diverse teams within global organizations, including renowned names like Coca-Cola, NestlĂ©, General Mills, and Prudential.
  • • Your core responsibility will be to forge deep, strategic relationships with key stakeholders across these enterprise clients. This involves understanding their unique challenges, business objectives, and organizational culture to tailor the deployment and utilization of our AI coaching platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding them through the complexities of integrating cutting-edge AI technology into their existing leadership development frameworks.
  • • A significant part of your role will be to drive strategic initiatives that align our platform's capabilities with the clients' evolving needs. This requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for expansion, deeper integration, and enhanced user engagement. You will be responsible for developing and executing deployment plans, managing project timelines, and ensuring seamless implementation across various client departments and geographies.
  • • You will play a direct role in influencing the evolution of our generative AI product. By gathering feedback from client interactions, observing usage patterns, and understanding market demands, you will provide critical insights to our product and engineering teams.   • • You will be responsible for project management, overseeing the entire lifecycle of client engagements from initial onboarding and implementation to ongoing support and value realization. This includes setting clear expectations, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring project milestones are met on time and within scope.
  • • A critical function will be to champion the adoption of the AI coaching platform within client organizations. This involves developing and delivering training programs, creating compelling communication materials, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development that embraces AI-driven solutions.
  • • You will be expected to monitor client success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly reporting on progress and identifying areas for improvement. This data-driven approach ensures that clients are achieving their desired outcomes and that Valence is delivering on its promises.
  • • Collaborating closely with internal Valence teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, will be vital. You will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across departments to deliver an exceptional client experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in client-facing roles such as consulting, account management, or project management, preferably within enterprise software, SaaS, or a related technology field.
  • • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, project management methodologies, and client relationship management.
  • • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization, from individual contributors to C-suite executives.
  • • Experience working with large, complex organizations, ideally Fortune 500 companies, and navigating their internal structures and decision-making processes.
  • • A passion for AI and its transformative potential, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner to non-technical audiences.
