- • Lead strategic consulting engagements for enterprise clients focused on Oracle ERP systems, guiding full lifecycle transformations from conception through implementation.
- • Advise C-suite and senior executives on technology strategy, aligning Oracle ERP initiatives with mission-critical business outcomes across digital acceleration, applications rationalization, and cloud strategy.
- • Collaborate with Gartner Expert Partners and Managing Partners to deliver customized, insight-driven solutions grounded in Gartner’s industry-leading research and frameworks.
- • Manage and grow a defined portfolio of enterprise clients, building trust-based relationships and expanding consulting engagements through consultative selling and value-based influence.
- • Direct high-performing project teams composed of technical and non-technical professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve client objectives.
- • Apply hands-on expertise in Oracle ERP systems to diagnose operational inefficiencies, optimize processes, and drive cost and contract optimization initiatives.
- • Adapt Gartner methodologies to address clients’ most pressing business challenges, demonstrating intellectual curiosity and creative problem-solving in complex enterprise environments.
- • Manage multiple client priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of strategic recommendations and execution support across diverse sectors and geographies.
- • Travel to client sites as required to deliver in-person consultations, facilitate workshops, and strengthen client relationships.
- • Coach and develop team members through constructive feedback, performance management, and mentorship to build a culture of continuous improvement and high achievement.
- • Maintain a consistent record of exceeding revenue targets through successful sales execution and expansion of consulting services within existing client accounts.
- • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by combining deep Oracle ERP expertise with strategic business acumen to enable enterprise-wide digital transformation.
- • Leverage Gartner’s global resources and AI-driven insights to enhance client outcomes and position clients at the forefront of technology innovation.
- • Operate within a hybrid work model, balancing remote productivity with in-person collaboration essential to client service delivery and team cohesion.

- • Experience working with large complex ERP projects, full life cycle from conception to implementation
- • Experience and expertise with Oracle ERP systems and transformations
- • Experience within a well-regarded management consultancy in project delivery and sales capacity
- • A consistent track record of leading people and building high-performing teams that leverage technology to drive the mission-critical priorities for enterprise level companies
- • An ability to inspire and motivate professionals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds towards a common goal
- • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the creative development of solutions and strategies to solve client problems
