- • The Engagement Manager - Strategic Accounts role reports directly to the Account Director of Strategic Accounts. The primary responsibility is to ensure that a select portfolio of our Major Law firms, Management Consultancy, and Financial Services clients receive consistently exceptional client service. This involves ensuring these key clients continuously derive maximum value from the Legora platform.
- • We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven individual who thrives on engaging in strategic conversations with executive-level stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone motivated by the creation of robust client engagement frameworks and playbooks, and who is dedicated to fostering thriving, long-term client partnerships.
- • **Key Responsibilities:**
- • Serve as a primary point of contact and strategic advisor for assigned key accounts. This involves deeply understanding client objectives, identifying emerging use cases, and guiding clients to realize the utmost value from Legora, demonstrably linking platform usage to tangible Return on Investment (ROI).
- • Maintain a high level of availability and responsiveness to end-users, facilitating efficient discussions around platform utilization and exploring potential new applications of Legora.
- • Dedicate significant time to client-site engagement, independently embedding within client teams to foster strong working relationships and gain firsthand insights into their operational needs.
- • Collaborate closely with the Engagement Director to identify and pinpoint opportunities for account expansion, and jointly lead the charge on adoption initiatives crucial for realizing these growth prospects.
- • Diligently monitor key customer health metrics. Proactively develop and present strategic plans to the Engagement Director aimed at mitigating any decline in usage or sustaining and amplifying momentum derived from increased Legora adoption.
- • Foster a collaborative spirit by working closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Enablement, Product, Engineering, and Marketing. The objective is to effectively translate client feedback into actionable insights and product improvements. Being a true Legora team player is paramount.
- • Contribute significantly to the development and refinement of our Engagement Strategic Accounts playbook. As this is a foundational initiative, your input will not only be valued but actively expected, playing a crucial role in building this operational machine from the ground up.
