- • The Engineer, NOC Services role at Kaseya Holdings Inc. is critical for maintaining the performance and stability of the Integrated Management Systems (IMS) environment, ensuring optimal service delivery to Managed Service Providers and internal IT organizations through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining the health of NOC environments (servers, workstations, network devices), diagnosing and resolving technical issues such as user authentication, GPOs, patching, replication, backups, and OS-related problems, analyzing system logs and crash dumps for root cause analysis, maintaining detailed documentation of incidents and resolutions, adhering to SLAs and SOPs, providing technical support to customers, managing multiple tickets based on priority, and contributing to the internal knowledge base.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4-6 years of pertinent experience in network IT and remote Windows system infrastructure
- • Proficiency in maintaining clear and concise case and root cause analysis (RCA) documentation
- • Strong troubleshooting skills for system issues including user authentication, GPO, Microsoft/Windows patch failures, replication issues, backup failures, and OS-related problems
- • Ability to adhere to multiple standard operating procedures (SOPs) and follow escalation instructions
- • Excellent prioritization and escalation skills, particularly in relation to customer impact
- • Good verbal and written communication skills
