- • Senior Solution Support Engineer role in the Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) at AppViewX, a leader in certificate and key lifecycle automation, infrastructure orchestration, and DevOps security solutions, serving top global banks, media companies, and healthcare providers.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing the AppViewX Platform to solve complex customer automation problems, acting as the final point of escalation for customer issues, troubleshooting using deep technical expertise, creating and improving support documentation, migrating customers to latest platform versions, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines, generating system reports, and providing feedback to management for process and product improvements.
- • The role operates in a 24*7 environment and requires collaboration with global customers, with the engineer serving as a trusted technical advisor and knowledge contributor across the organization.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in networking, security, PKI, Linux/Windows systems, Kubernetes, and application deployments, while becoming a go-to expert for complex technical use cases and contributing to platform enhancements through documentation and feedback.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in technical support or solution engineering roles
- • Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Server operating systems
- • Understanding of networking, security, and Certificate Management (PKI) platforms
- • Experience in application management, deployments, and hotfix patching
- • Ability to troubleshoot and decode problems based on prior experience
- • Knowledge of Python or any scripting language (advantage)
- • Excellent business communication and soft skills for handling international customers
- • Certification in Kubernetes, Linux (RHCE, Linux+), Networking (Network+ or CCNA), or security certifications (added advantage)
- • Voracious learner with desire to become a deep expert in hundreds of use cases across multiple products
- • Ownership mindset: ability to find solutions and convey them clearly to customers
