- • Operate within a 850-person cross-functional team spread across Europe, including offices in Lisbon and London, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and alignment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams with a proven track record in recruiting, retaining, and growing top engineering talent.
- • Significant hands-on experience building scalable, robust, and fault-tolerant systems, preferably using JVM or PHP stacks.
- • Demonstrated leadership skills including coaching, mentoring, and active listening, with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- • Strong product sense and customer-centric approach with understanding of product development principles.
- • Bias towards action with ability to make quick, informed decisions while balancing speed and quality.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for finding creative solutions to complex technical challenges.
