- • Lead one of Tremendous' engineering teams (Banking, Catalog, or Prepaid Cards) to drive impact in a high-growth, profitable, fully remote company trusted by 20,000 organizations including Google, GitHub, and Notion.
- • Grow engineers' careers through regular 1:1s, thoughtful feedback, coaching, and technical mentorship while owning team technical quality via code reviews, architecture decisions, and setting standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 2 years leading a team as a manager or tech lead.
- • Great technical judgment—consistently making sound technical decisions and able to clearly explain rationale to stakeholders.
- • Strong communication skills, including writing technical briefs and translating complex concepts for cross-functional audiences.
- • Solid product intuition—ability to understand what to build and articulate product initiatives to engineers.
- • Proven ability to lead AI adoption responsibly—using AI to enhance work without compromising quality, and holding team to the same standard.
- • High empathy and a talent-magnet mindset—someone others enjoy working with and who genuinely cares about teammates and users.
