📋 Description

• • Engineering Manager role leading distributed engineering teams across multiple time zones to deliver high-quality software through offshore and outsourced partners, ensuring alignment with Sphera’s mission to create a safer, more sustainable, and productive world via ESG-focused enterprise software.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring offshore teams, establishing communication practices, facilitating Agile ceremonies, owning end-to-end software delivery lifecycle, managing vendor relationships, coordinating with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, driving engineering excellence, and collaborating cross-functionally with product, QA, UX, and support teams.
