- • Engineering Manager leading the Reporting team at Watershed Technology, Inc., responsible for driving critical platform investments in sustainability reporting tools used by global enterprises like Airbnb, FedEx, and Visa to meet regulatory demands such as CSRD.
- • Partnering with Product, Design, and Customer teams to define technical roadmaps that balance innovation with codebase stewardship; owning team execution to ensure high-quality, timely delivery while fostering engineer growth; overseeing AI adoption to empower individual contributors and build ROI-driven AI products; collaborating with engineering leadership to cultivate a productive, innovative engineering culture.
- • Watershed is an enterprise sustainability platform with offices in San Francisco, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Denver, Sydney, Mexico City, and remote teams across the US and Europe; mission-driven startup focused on helping organizations manage climate and ESG data, produce audit-ready metrics, and drive real decarbonization.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of engineering experience
- • 3+ years in management roles
- • Experience building user-facing applications with focus on usability, performance, and scale
- • Systems thinking ability to identify high-impact challenges and guide team focus
- • Proven leadership experience with high-performing engineering teams
