📋 Description

• • As an Engineering Team Lead, DevEx at Mistral AI, you will drive the development of mission-critical systems powering the AI platform and products such as AI Studio, Le Chat, and Mistral Vibe, combining deep technical expertise with leadership to build scalable, high-impact systems while growing and guiding a high-performing engineering team.
• • Day to day, you will empower your team by removing obstacles and unblocking execution, lead delivery and accountability by owning your team’s roadmap and ensuring high-quality, reliable product shipments, bridge product and technology by collaborating with Product Managers to define priorities and scope initiatives, provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture design, coding, and peer reviews, define and evolve team processes and best practices, and raise the engineering bar by fostering ownership, knowledge sharing, and growth beyond comfort zones.
