We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic Go-To-Market (GTM) team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by owning the full sales cycle for our most strategic enterprise accounts. You will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of customer interaction by partnering with leading brands to implement Hatch's cutting-edge AI solutions. This position reports directly to Colby Morgan, Hatch's VP of Sales, and offers a significant impact on the company's trajectory.
  • • As an Enterprise Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to manage and close complex, high-value deals within the enterprise segment. This involves a comprehensive understanding of the customer's business needs and demonstrating how Hatch's AI agents can deliver transformative solutions in sales, support, and customer engagement. You will be expected to develop and execute a robust sales strategy, consistently exceeding ambitious targets.
  • • You will own the entire sales process, from initial prospecting and lead qualification through to negotiation and closing. This includes identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, both through inbound leads generated by our marketing efforts and proactive outbound outreach. A deep understanding of the SaaS landscape, particularly in AI and MarTech, will be crucial for success.
  • • Collaboration is key to our GTM strategy. You will work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to ensure a high-quality pipeline, with Marketing to align on campaigns and messaging, and with Sales Leadership to refine our sales playbook and strategy. Your ability to foster strong, collaborative relationships across these teams will be essential for collective success.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers within target enterprise organizations. You will need to articulate complex value propositions clearly and persuasively, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business challenges and how Hatch's AI solutions can drive tangible ROI.
  • • We are looking for a proven performer who can not only meet but consistently exceed sales quotas. This role is about building a repeatable and scalable playbook for overachievement. You will be encouraged to innovate and share best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales processes.
  • • While this is a hybrid role, strategic travel will be required to engage with key clients, conduct in-person meetings, attend important industry events, and participate in team offsites. We expect you to be present in our Boston or NYC office approximately 50-70% of the time to foster strong team collaboration and in-person engagement with sales leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6-8 years of experience in a closing Account Executive role within the SaaS industry, with a strong preference for experience in AI or MarTech.
  • • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and closing six-figure deals.
  • • Demonstrated ability to own complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and engage effectively with senior-level decision-makers (VP, C-suite).
  • • Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset; experience working effectively with SDRs, Marketing, and Sales Leadership.
  • • Based in or willing to relocate to the Boston or New York City metropolitan area to support a hybrid work model.
