• • We have strategically expanded our offerings beyond our initial voice models into three core platforms: ElevenAgents, designed for seamless and intelligent customer experiences with enterprise-grade integrations and reliability; ElevenCreative, empowering creators and marketers with tools for generating and editing speech, music, image, and video across a vast array of languages; and ElevenAPI, providing developers access to our state-of-the-art AI audio foundational models.
• • This role is pivotal in driving the growth of ElevenLabs within the French market, specifically targeting CAC40 and large-scale enterprises. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be instrumental in enabling these organizations to harness the transformative power of our AI voice technology. Your mission will be to act as a strategic partner, guiding clients in reimagining their customer experiences, optimizing internal workflows, and developing innovative monetization strategies through our industry-leading AI models and products.
• • You will be responsible for building and nurturing a robust portfolio of new enterprise accounts across diverse industries that are actively adopting conversational AI. Your success will directly contribute to ElevenLabs achieving its ambitious revenue targets.
• • A key aspect of this role involves proactively identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' advanced conversational AI capabilities can deliver significant value, whether through enhancing user engagement, driving automation efficiencies, or achieving substantial cost savings for our clients.
• • To excel, you will cultivate and maintain an in-depth understanding of the evolving AI Agents landscape. This includes staying abreast of emerging customer use cases, analyzing competitive solutions, and anticipating future trends within the conversational AI domain.
• • You are expected to demonstrate a strong command of conversational AI principles and technologies, or possess a keen eagerness to develop this expertise rapidly. Your ability to articulate how ElevenLabs' voice technology can unlock tangible business value across various applications—such as customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and more—will be crucial.
• • You will be tasked with developing and executing sophisticated account strategies aimed at expanding ElevenLabs' footprint within key enterprise verticals, including but not limited to healthcare, government, and finance.
• • Collaboration is key; you will work closely with our Customer Success and Solutions Engineering teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients and to foster account expansion opportunities, thereby maximizing customer lifetime value.
• • Furthermore, you will serve as a trusted advisor to your clients, proactively educating them on the latest advancements and emerging trends in generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents, positioning ElevenLabs as a thought leader and indispensable partner.
