  • • Develop and execute sales territory strategies to acquire and manage mid-market and enterprise, multi-location commercial customers through direct and partner channels.
  • • Research and generate new leads using prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
  • • Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Comcast Business products and services.
  • • Position the Comcast Business brand within the territory by building relationships with clients and community organizations.
  • • Maintain and grow customer relationships to ensure retention and superior customer experience aligned with Comcast’s credo.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare required sales and activity reports.
  • • Attend regular out-of-the-office client meetings, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • • Stay current on the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to effectively position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace.
  • • Build and sustain alignment with key go-to-market (GTM) partners through consistent communication and collaboration.
  • • Demonstrate knowledge of Network Design, SD-WAN, and Network Security concepts.
  • • Exhibit familiarity with MAN technologies and designs including WDM, Ethernet, Internet Technologies, Voice Network Technologies (VoIP), Data Networking Technologies (LAN, MAN, WAN, VPN), Networking Protocols (Layers 1, 2, & 3), and Customer Premise Equipment (voice & data).
  • • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance related to sales strategy and client engagement.
  • • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; be available to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as needed.
  • • Adhere to Comcast’s Operating Principles, prioritize customer experience, and actively participate in the Net Promoter System.
  • • Support a culture of inclusion and drive results through teamwork and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor's Degree
  • • 5-7 years of relevant sales experience
  • • Proven experience in cold calling and sales management
  • • Demonstrated knowledge of Network Design, SD-WAN, and Network Security
  • • Familiarity with MAN technologies (WDM, Ethernet), VoIP, LAN/MAN/WAN/VPN, and networking protocols (Layers 1, 2, & 3)
  • • Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Base pay range of $83,588.40 - $139,314.00
  • • Targeted commission of $65,000.00 with potential for significant upside for overachievement
  • • Comprehensive benefits package including health, financial, and emotional support programs
  • • Eligibility for bonus compensation (for non-sales roles) and commission plans
