• • This role is crucial for driving ElevenLabs' expansion within the Mexican market, specifically targeting Fortune 500 and large-scale enterprises. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be instrumental in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' cutting-edge AI voice and conversational AI capabilities can deliver significant value.
• • You will be responsible for building and managing a robust portfolio of new enterprise accounts, actively contributing to ElevenLabs' revenue objectives. This involves proactively seeking out and identifying new business opportunities where our AI solutions can enhance user engagement, drive automation, or improve cost efficiency for clients.
• • A key aspect of this role is developing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the conversational AI landscape. This includes staying abreast of evolving customer use cases, competitive offerings, and emerging technological trends to position ElevenLabs effectively.
• • You will be expected to demonstrate expertise, or a strong commitment to rapidly acquiring it, in conversational AI and specifically how ElevenLabs' voice technology can unlock transformative value across various applications such as customer support, virtual agents, and in-app assistants.
• • Developing and executing strategic account plans will be essential for expanding ElevenLabs' footprint within key enterprise verticals, including but not limited to healthcare, government, and finance.
• • Collaboration is vital; you will work closely with our customer success and solutions engineering teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process and facilitate account expansion, fostering long-term client relationships.
• • You will serve as a trusted advisor to our enterprise clients, educating them on the latest advancements in generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents, thereby solidifying ElevenLabs' position as a thought leader and indispensable partner.
