- • Optro Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to join our rapidly expanding sales team in the Netherlands. This pivotal role is instrumental in driving the growth of our award-winning audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform within a designated enterprise territory. You will be responsible for acquiring new logos and expanding existing customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to C-suite executives and key decision-makers within large, publicly listed, and privately held organizations. - • As an Enterprise Account Executive, your day-to-day responsibilities will be multifaceted and dynamic. You will take full ownership of your assigned enterprise territory, meticulously planning and executing strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets. This involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and leveraging market intelligence. A significant part of your role will be to develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and identifying opportunities for expansion and upselling of Optro's comprehensive platform. You will be expected to operate from Amsterdam, serving as the primary point of contact for your accounts and representing Optro with professionalism and expertise.
- • A core aspect of your function will be to act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding the business challenges and strategic objectives of your prospects and customers. This requires a high degree of emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into tangible business value, securing buy-in from CFOs and executive sponsors. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales Engineering, Demand Generation, and Business Value Consulting, to develop compelling proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and build robust business cases that align with customer needs. Furthermore, you will foster and manage relationships with our Big 4 Alliance partners, working collaboratively to deliver customer-centric outcomes and expand our market reach.
- • Your success will be driven by your ability to create opportunities through innovative thinking and the application of new techniques, tools, and joint field marketing initiatives. This includes actively participating in trade shows and leveraging partner networks to generate pipeline. The sales process demands meticulous planning, preparation, and a consultative approach to problem-solving. You will be adept at navigating complex sales cycles, including legal and IT security negotiations, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding process for new clients. Your 'in the field' mentality will encourage face-to-face interactions with customers and prospects whenever feasible, reinforcing strong relationships and driving deal closure.
