- • Own the entire revenue cycle for Dash0’s expansion into the Nordics enterprise market—from first cold outreach to signed seven-figure, multi-year agreements—while acting as the face of the company to CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and VP-level champions.
- • Build and execute multi-threaded account plans that map every influencer, economic buyer, and technical gatekeeper across large Nordic enterprises, ensuring no deal stalls for lack of sponsorship or budget approval.
- • Drive outbound prospecting at scale using data-driven insights, industry events, and executive-level thought leadership to create a predictable pipeline that exceeds 3× quota coverage at all times.
- • Lead complex commercial negotiations through procurement, legal, security, and compliance reviews, structuring contracts that maximize ARR while protecting Dash0’s interests and accelerating time-to-close.
- • Orchestrate a virtual deal team of Sales Engineers, Product, Customer Success, and Executive leadership to deliver tailored demos, proof-of-value engagements, and ROI models that prove Dash0’s superiority over legacy observability stacks.
- • Translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes—cost reduction, faster incident resolution, developer productivity gains—presenting board-ready business cases that secure seven-figure budgets.
- • Maintain surgical CRM hygiene (Salesforce or HubSpot) and apply MEDD(P)ICC or Command-of-the-Message rigor to forecast revenue within 5 % accuracy every quarter, providing transparency to founders and investors.
- • Evangelize Dash0’s OpenTelemetry-native architecture and our community gift OTelBin at Nordic conferences, meet-ups, and customer workshops, positioning yourself and the company as the go-to thought leader for next-gen observability.
- • Provide closed-loop feedback to Product and Marketing on competitive threats, feature gaps, and regional buying patterns, directly influencing roadmap prioritization and Nordic-specific messaging.
- • Mentor future Account Executives as the Nordic team scales, codifying best-practice playbooks that turn early wins into a repeatable, scalable growth engine across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
- • Thrive in a fast-moving, venture-backed environment where decisions are data-informed but executed at startup speed, and where your impact is measured in logos won, ARR booked, and careers accelerated.
