We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to spearhead our growth in the West region of the United States. This pivotal role involves not only acquiring new, high-value enterprise clients but also nurturing and expanding our presence within these flagship accounts, ensuring they derive maximum value from our innovative SaaS platform.

- • Founded in 2017 with humble beginnings, Immersive Labs has rapidly ascended to a global leadership position, securing over $180 million in funding and establishing itself as a leader in a new, impactful technology category within cybersecurity. This role is instrumental in driving that continued expansion and solidifying our market dominance.
- • As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for a win-and-retain strategy, focusing on securing new business with the largest enterprise customers and subsequently growing the footprint and value of Immersive's offering within these accounts. This involves a deep understanding of the cybersecurity challenges faced by senior leaders, including CISOs, VPs of Cyber, and Senior SOC leaders, particularly the pervasive skills gap that impacts cyber readiness.
- • You will operate within our West sales region, engaging with prospects and clients located in Pacific Standard Time or Mountain Standard Time states. Your success will be amplified by a collaborative ecosystem, including marketing, pre-sales, channel sales, and customer success teams, all working in concert to achieve ambitious goals.
- • Key responsibilities include leveraging marketing-generated leads, coordinating with technical resources, and engaging channel/alliance partners to drive sales cycles. You will also represent Immersive Labs at relevant industry events, educating the market on the unique value proposition of our cyber resilience solutions and fostering thought leadership.
- • A crucial aspect of this role is building and maintaining a strong partnership with our Customer Success team. This collaboration is essential for identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts, ensuring continued client engagement and satisfaction, and maximizing account potential.
- • You will be expected to embody and promote the Immersive Labs values and culture in all your interactions with prospective and existing clients, acting as a brand ambassador for our people-centric approach to cybersecurity.
- • This role demands a strategic mindset, the ability to navigate complex sales cycles within large, global organizations, and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. You will be adept at educating clients on the true value of innovative cybersecurity solutions and executing comprehensive account plans, utilizing all available resources efficiently.
