- • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a pivotal role in accelerating our pipeline growth. This role is critical in engaging and qualifying senior decision-makers within large retail, hospitality, and services brands across Australia. Your primary objective will be to identify and qualify complex enterprise opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and consultative discovery, ultimately setting up targeted, high-value conversations that foster long-term partnerships.
- • As a seasoned BDR with approximately two years of relevant experience, you possess a deep understanding of the enterprise buying cycle. You excel at building credibility rapidly with C-suite executives and other senior stakeholders, and you are adept at structuring outreach strategies that resonate with sophisticated business buyers. Your ability to connect with potential clients on a strategic level will be paramount to your success.
- • This role operates in close collaboration with our Enterprise Business Development Management team. You will be instrumental in developing and executing account-based marketing (ABM) and outreach strategies, contributing to targeted campaigns, and conducting personalized 1:1 outreach. Your efforts will directly contribute to accelerating the sales funnel and delivering a consistent flow of high-quality, qualified opportunities to the sales team.
- • The ideal candidate is a driven, persistent self-starter who thrives on challenges and is eager to advance into a more senior BDR position within a rapidly expanding technology company. You are not afraid to take initiative, experiment with new approaches, and continuously refine your strategies to achieve optimal results. - • Key responsibilities will include:
- • Developing and executing strategic outbound prospecting plans to identify and engage target enterprise accounts.
- • Conducting in-depth research on prospective clients to understand their business challenges, needs, and strategic objectives.
- • Crafting compelling and personalized outreach messages (emails, LinkedIn messages, calls) that capture attention and drive engagement.
- • Performing consultative discovery calls to uncover pain points, identify opportunities, and qualify leads based on Zeller's ideal customer profile.
- • Collaborating closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handover of qualified opportunities and provide context for sales engagement.
- • Partnering with the Marketing team on ABM initiatives and targeted campaigns to generate inbound interest and support outbound efforts.
- • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and pipeline activity in our CRM system.
- • Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets.
- • Staying abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and Zeller's product offerings to effectively position our solutions.
- • Providing feedback to sales and marketing teams on prospect engagement, market insights, and campaign effectiveness.
- • Contributing to a positive and high-performing team culture through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
