🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in B2B SaaS client success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, with a strong focus on enterprise-level accounts.
  • • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
  • • Deep understanding of the therapy industry (clinical background or licensed rehab therapist experience in outpatient physical therapy clinics) and the ability to translate industry needs into software solutions.
  • • Technical aptitude and a passion for learning new software, with proficiency in MS Excel and experience with business intelligence (BI) and advanced reporting tools.
