📋 Description

• • Enterprise Customer Operations Engineer role focused on supporting and scaling the Game Warden DevSecOps platform for U.S. government customers, ensuring secure adoption of mission-critical SaaS solutions.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include building, testing, validating, and operating customer applications on Game Warden per DoD and IC standards; troubleshooting cloud/hybrid infrastructure incidents; developing CI/CD pipelines; and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and security teams.
• • Part of a fast-growing entrepreneurial team at Second Front Systems, a public benefit corporation driving innovation at the intersection of technology and national security, reporting to the Director of Customer Support within Engineering.
