You will guide them seamlessly through the entire customer lifecycle, from initial onboarding and setup to driving sustained adoption and maximizing their return on investment.
- • Proactively troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues that may arise during the development and deployment process. Your ability to identify root causes and devise effective, timely solutions will be crucial in keeping customer projects on track and mitigating potential delays.
- • Leading and delivering engaging technical workshops, comprehensive training sessions, and in-depth technical deep dives tailored to the specific needs and skill levels of our enterprise clientele. These sessions will empower customers with the knowledge and confidence to leverage FlutterFlow's full capabilities.
- • Providing expert architectural guidance, advising on seamless integrations with existing systems and third-party services, and recommending optimal feature utilization strategies to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes and maximize their success with the platform.
- • Developing and maintaining high-quality documentation, reusable code snippets, and helpful tools that empower customers to effectively self-serve, find answers independently, and accelerate their development workflows.
- • Acting as a vital conduit for customer insights, meticulously documenting and sharing feedback, pain points, and emerging trends with our product and engineering teams. This feedback loop is essential for driving continuous platform improvement and innovation.
- • Collaborating with sales and account management teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales engagement, providing technical expertise and support throughout the customer journey.
- • Contributing to the development of best practice guides and case studies that showcase successful enterprise implementations and inspire future users.
- • Staying abreast of the latest trends in mobile and web development, low-code/no-code platforms, and cloud technologies to provide cutting-edge advice to customers.
- • Championing the value proposition of FlutterFlow within enterprise organizations, building strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Success Engineer, with a proven track record of delivering real-world software solutions.
- • Demonstrated experience building and shipping a project using FlutterFlow, or the ability to showcase deep, practical knowledge of its features and capabilities. Fluency in Flutter and Dart is essential.
- • Proven experience building and publishing applications for major platforms (Android, iOS, Web) and a strong understanding of integrating applications with major cloud providers (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure).
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently lead virtual and in-person customer enablement sessions, technical deep dives, and solution design workshops.
