- • Leveraging data will be critical to your success. You will analyze recruitment metrics, user adoption rates, and hiring outcomes to inform decision-making, provide strategic recommendations, and continuously refine our partners' early talent recruiting strategies.
- • Collaboration is key. You will work hand-in-hand with a diverse range of internal cross-functional teams, including Sales, Account Management, Support, Education/University Partnerships, Marketing, Insights, Product, User Research, Enablement, and RevOps. This collaborative spirit ensures a unified approach to customer success and drives product innovation based on real-world partner feedback.
- • You will be expected to travel approximately 20% of the time to meet with key customer stakeholders, fostering stronger relationships and gaining deeper insights into their evolving needs.
- • Facilitating engaging meetings and delivering impactful product training sessions to external customers will be a regular part of your responsibilities, requiring strong presentation and communication skills.
