- • Consult with enterprise clients in the restaurant and hospitality industry to analyze existing operational procedures across procurement, accounting, payroll, analytics, and reporting functions at both store and corporate levels.
- • Serve as the primary subject matter expert throughout the entire implementation lifecycle of PAR OPS, from kickoff through go-live and ongoing support.
- • Configure PAR OPS software solutions to align with client-specific business requirements for store-level operators, above-store managers, and corporate users.
- • Lead end-to-end implementation projects as Project Manager, including task tracking, milestone management, and documentation using project tracking tools.
- • Deliver comprehensive training to technical and non-technical end-users across multiple locations and organizational levels.
- • Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to design, test, and deploy software integrations that enhance client workflows.
- • Perform data analysis to identify system modifications required to meet client business objectives and operational workflows.
- • Identify opportunities to upsell additional PAR products or services based on client needs and implementation findings.
- • Document project progress, configurations, and resolutions in internal and client-facing knowledge bases, LMS content, and digital adoption platforms.
- • Provide Level II technical support to existing customers, resolving complex issues related to PAR OPS functionality and integrations.
- • Participate in a scheduled after-hours client support rotation to ensure timely resolution of critical system issues.
- • Communicate financial and technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders and international clients.
- • Adapt implementation methodologies and service delivery approaches to suit the unique operational environments of each client.
- • Proactively alert senior implementation management to potential scope creep, change requests, or project risks.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client operations to effectively support issue resolution and educate internal support teams.
- • Leverage AI tools to streamline client analysis, automate documentation and reporting, and enhance training delivery efficiency.
- • Stay current with evolving technology and security trends in restaurant and retail technology environments.
- • Work collaboratively within a dynamic, agile team structure to deliver scalable, high-quality implementations across a global client base.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4-year technical degree or equivalent experience
- • 1–3 years of experience working with the PAR OPS platform
- • 2–4 years of experience in the restaurant technology industry
- • Previous experience in the hospitality industry in a management role
- • Track record of success in Professional Services
- • Demonstrated ability to support multiple, concurrent initiatives
