Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for cutting-edge enterprise networking solutions? NETGEAR, a leader in connected solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Enterprise Networking Account Manager to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in cultivating and expanding our network of Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and directly engaging with end customers to drive significant revenue growth.
- • Your primary mission will be to build and nurture robust, collaborative partnerships with both new and existing VARs. This involves identifying and recruiting capable, mature IT VARs who can effectively represent NETGEAR's innovative product portfolio. You will act as a strategic advisor, investing time and resources to understand their business models, go-to-market strategies, and unique challenges. By strengthening these relationships, you will empower our partners to become extensions of our sales force, driving mutual success.
- • A key aspect of this role is to serve as a trusted advisor, not just to our partners, but also to end customers. This requires a deep dive into their specific technology needs, understanding their current infrastructure, and identifying pain points. You will then leverage your comprehensive knowledge of NETGEAR's IT products and services – encompassing wireless and wired networking, cloud solutions, hardware, software, and managed services – to recommend strategic, best-fit solutions that align perfectly with their business objectives.
- • You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing key customer and prospect opportunities. This involves a keen ability to assess potential, understand the competitive landscape, and strategically align the right partner to ensure a successful deal closure. The goal is not just to win individual deals, but to build long-term trust and foster enduring customer loyalty.
- • Developing an in-depth, expert-level knowledge of NETGEAR's IT product suite is crucial. This includes staying abreast of the latest advancements in networking, cloud technologies, hardware capabilities, software functionalities, and managed service offerings. You will be expected to articulate the value proposition of these solutions clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, from technical experts to business decision-makers.
- • Beyond direct sales activities, you will play a vital role in shaping NETGEAR's future product and market strategies. This involves actively analyzing market trends, identifying emerging opportunities for expanding NETGEAR's presence, and providing invaluable feedback to our product development and marketing teams. Your insights into customer needs and evolving industry trends will directly influence product roadmaps and marketing initiatives, ensuring NETGEAR remains at the forefront of innovation.
- • Success in this role hinges on your ability to consistently exceed revenue targets. You will be expected to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals through effective account management, strategic partner engagement, and solution selling.
- • This is a remote-based position, offering flexibility and autonomy. However, it requires a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to meet with partners, customers, and attend industry events, fostering face-to-face relationships and driving business forward.
- • At NETGEAR, we are driven by a mission to unleash the full potential of connectivity. We value innovation, customer delight, and courageous communication. If you are a self-starter with ambition, pride in your work, and a passion for technology, you will find a rewarding career here where you can make a real impact and help shape the future of connectivity.
