Enterprise Performance Analytics Engineer

• • The Enterprise Performance Analytics Engineer will support the development and maintenance of Care Access’s analytics infrastructure, working closely with data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to build and maintain foundational data models, ensure data quality, and enable efficient and reliable reporting.
• • Day to day, the role involves designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines, data marts, and other data components; transforming data into well-documented, tested, and trusted datasets; collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs and implement models that support dashboards, KPIs, and deep-dive analyses; monitoring data pipeline performance and resolving data quality issues proactively; contributing to documentation of data models, definitions, and data lineage; staying current with modern data stack tools and techniques; providing ad hoc and regular analytics and reporting to support business goals; and offering business support to the operations team and interfacing with strategic customers as needed.
