  • • As an Enterprise Project Manager at Modernizing Medicine, you will serve as the strategic lead for the company’s most complex, high-value customer implementations, ensuring seamless end-to-end onboarding for large-scale healthcare organizations and multi-specialty practices. This high-visibility role bridges internal cross-functional teams and client executive leadership to deploy software solutions with precision, driving immediate clinical and operational value while upholding ModMed’s mission to increase medical practice success and improve patient outcomes through its AI-enabled, specialty-specific cloud platform.
  • • Day to day, you will lead full-lifecycle project management from initiation through planning, execution, and closing of enterprise-level implementations, managing complex workstreams including technical configuration, data conversion, third-party integrations for interoperability, and specialized clinical workflow training. You will establish and lead project steering committees, facilitate high-stakes meetings with client C-suite executives (COO, CTO, CIO, CEO) to align on KPIs and success criteria, and act as the primary point of contact across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Training teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure resource alignment.
  • • You will proactively identify and mitigate high-impact risks, develop contingency plans for complex data migrations or change-management resistance, rigorously manage project scope and budgets to maintain profitability, and contribute to the EPMO playbook by identifying systemic gaps and implementing process improvements that reduce Time-to-Value. Your role demands elite verbal and written communication skills to distill complex technical hurdles into clear, actionable updates for executive leadership, while leveraging expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies and enterprise PM tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Salesforce, and Cloud Coach.
  • • At Modernizing Medicine, you’ll join an award-winning team of 4,500+ passionate problem-solvers headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, with a significant presence in Hyderabad, India, consistently recognized as a Top Place to Work and honored with accolades including the 2025 Globee Business Award for "Technology Team of the Year," 2025 Black Book Awards ranking #1 EHR in 11 Specialties, and Florida Venture Forum’s Venture-Backed Company of the Year. The company’s "for doctors, by doctors" philosophy—founded by a practicing physician and tech entrepreneur—has enabled the creation of an innovative, patient-centered cloud platform transforming healthcare delivery.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in HealthTech enterprise implementations, master cross-functional leadership in high-stakes healthcare environments, and gain direct exposure to C-suite stakeholders across major healthcare organizations. You will have the opportunity to shape scalable implementation frameworks, drive measurable improvements in clinical and operational outcomes, and grow into a trusted advisor who bridges technology and clinical excellence—positioning yourself for advancement into senior program management, PMO leadership, or enterprise strategy roles within a fast-growing, mission-driven organization committed to modernizing medicine.
