  • • As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in positioning Altera’s advanced managed services, which encompass everything from sophisticated clinical service desks to full-scale IT outsourcing and robust cloud management capabilities.
  • • Your primary objective will be to engage C-suite executives within healthcare institutions, understanding their unique challenges and demonstrating how Altera’s expertly managed technology solutions can stabilize their IT infrastructure, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure predictable, data-driven results.
  • • You will own the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation through to complex contract negotiation and closing deals, with a strong emphasis on securing recurring revenue streams (MRR/ARR).
  • • A key aspect of this role involves developing and executing consultative sales strategies, creating compelling business cases that clearly articulate the value proposition of Altera’s offerings.
  • • This includes demonstrating how our integrated approach, combining cutting-edge software with comprehensive Service Level Agreements (SLAs), can significantly reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for our clients.
  • • You will be expected to maintain a high-precision sales forecast within our CRM system, providing accurate projections of recurring revenue and long-term contract value.
  • • Collaboration will be essential, as you will partner closely with the Marketing team to leverage platforms like HubSpot for executing targeted campaigns.
  • • These campaigns will be crucial in highlighting the strategic advantages of adopting “as-a-service” models over traditional, capital-intensive IT investments, emphasizing the agility and scalability Altera provides.
  • • The role demands strong negotiation skills to lead complex contract discussions for multi-year service agreements, ensuring seamless alignment between client operational requirements and Altera’s delivery capabilities.
  • • You will need to possess a deep understanding of the healthcare and life sciences sector, recognizing the specific regulatory, operational, and technological demands of this industry.
