📋 Description

• • The Enterprise Strategy Associate at Camber Group LLC will build the analytical foundation for enterprise customer financial reporting, turning ad-hoc analyses into scalable processes that improve healthcare accessibility and operational efficiency.
• • Day to day, the role involves conducting operational analysis to spot denial trends and anomalies in unpaid claims, tracking performance improvements from updated protocols, analyzing money movement across claim phases, performing first-level diagnostics on AR issues, standardizing methodologies for 90+ day AR analyses and trend reporting, and partnering with the Data Products team on custom financial reports and data extracts.
• • Camber Group LLC is a healthcare software company backed by $50M from investors including a16z, Craft Ventures, and YCombinator, focused on improving the quality and accessibility of behavioral health care by replacing manual work with technology so clinicians can focus on patient care.
• • In this role, the person will develop expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management, build scalable analytical frameworks, gain experience partnering with enterprise customers and data teams, and strengthen their ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive operational improvements.
