• • Enterprise Support Engineer role focused on serving as a trusted technical advisor to BlueCat’s largest and most strategic enterprise customers, ensuring their technical concerns are anticipated, identified, and resolved with precision and care.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with clients to optimize BlueCat product usage, conducting in-depth troubleshooting using packet capture and analysis, setting up test environments to mirror production setups, communicating findings to engineering teams, identifying upgrade opportunities, and owning the technical relationship with customers to align short- and long-term needs with internal strategic planning.
