📋 Description
- • Responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, testing, documenting, and implementing software applications or modifications to existing software while establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with co-workers, customers, and vendors.
- • Stand by the Standards of Performance: Respect, Integrity, Compassion, Collaboration, Stewardship, Accountability, Quality.
- • Develops program logic for new application or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications.
- • Analyzes requirements, maintains, tests, and integrates application components.
- • Demonstrates ability to organize and lead meetings effectively.
- • Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented.
- • Contributes to process improvement.
- • Provides advanced level support to customers and coworkers for problems and issues reported through the IT Service Management system (ITSM).
- • Liaise with customers, other IT staff, and vendors for design, planning, implementation, and problem resolution using effective communication and appropriate follow-up.
- • Documents and maintains accurate records of work performed within the ITSM system.
- • Maintains knowledge of the latest developments in information technology, especially as pertains to healthcare.
- • Provides availability for ‘on-call’ emergency solution support and other after-hours support duties as assigned by ITS Management.
- • Sets and maintains goals, timelines, and commitments, demonstrating proven attention to detail and high level of organization and accuracy.
- • Oversees major IT solutions, while seeking assistance for secondary support when appropriate.
- • Anticipates internal and/or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues.
- • Recommends process, product, or service improvements.
- • Provides innovative solutions to complex issues.
- • Leads and executes projects.
- • Leads functional teams and coordinates work to effectively accomplish project goals.
- • Communicates effectively, coordinates multiple duties simultaneously, able to independently solve Innovation Service related issues.
- • Understands and comprehends interactions between clinical areas and their roles within the hospital and organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Pharm D.
- • Licensed Pharmacist
- • Relevant job-related certifications with EPIC application certification within 90 days of hire, as applicable
- • Pharmacy Informatics certification preferred
