• As an ERP Consultant at blp Digital, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing how businesses operate by leading the end-to-end implementation of our cutting-edge, Native-AI-powered ERP automation products. • You will own the entire implementation journey, starting from a deep dive into client requirements and business objectives. This involves meticulously understanding their current workflows, identifying pain points, and envisioning how blp's automation can deliver transformative results. Your responsibility extends to ensuring a smooth, efficient delivery process, fostering high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement throughout the client's engagement with our solution.
• A key aspect of your role will be to translate intricate business complexities into clear, scalable, and tailored solutions. You will be responsible for designing automation strategies that seamlessly align with customer workflows, business goals, and strategic objectives. • You will work in close collaboration with our highly skilled engineering team. • Acting as the client's trusted partner is paramount. This involves proactively anticipating their needs, surfacing valuable insights derived from data and process analysis, and ensuring they fully realize the immense potential of blp's automation capabilities. You will guide them through the adoption process, provide ongoing support, and act as their primary point of contact for all implementation-related matters.
• You will collaborate closely with our sales team to develop bespoke implementation plans that are precisely aligned with customer needs and expectations. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving deep product adoption, ensuring that clients not only implement the solution but also integrate it effectively into their daily operations to achieve maximum benefit and ROI.
• A critical function of this role is to act as a vital link in our product development loop. You will gather, analyze, and translate client feedback, implementation learnings, and observed market trends into actionable insights. 🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with and presenting to native-speaking clients.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
