• • As an Event Coordinator at First Round Capital, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the founder experience by ensuring seamless execution of high-impact events that support early-stage startups. Your work directly contributes to building the foundational moments that help portfolio companies achieve product-market fit.
• • Day to day, you will drive cross-functional event teams, manage end-to-end event design and logistics for SF-based and occasional offsite events, attend 2-3 events weekly to ensure quality standards, and liaise with external vendors and attendees to guarantee smooth operations from planning to execution.
• • First Round Capital is a premier venture capital firm dedicated to backing founders at the earliest stages, with a track record of investing in category-defining companies like Notion, Roblox, Uber, and Square.
