- ⢠The PHS Billing Analyst II role supports the companyās largest and most complex national and large-market clients, serving as a dedicated billing consultant for accounts with 2,000 or more covered lives, managing a defined block of business and acting as the primary billing point of contact throughout the full policy lifecycle from implementation to termination.
- ⢠Day to day, the individual will manage a portfolio of 20ā25 large client accounts, providing end-to-end billing support, serving as the primary billing contact via direct communication, handling invoicing, payment reconciliation, deductions, research, and discrepancy resolution, conducting ongoing and event-driven audits (including Open Enrollment), and partnering with internal teams and clients through meetings, reporting, and analytics to resolve issues and meet expectations.

šÆ Requirements
- ⢠High School Diploma required; Bachelorās degree preferred
- ⢠At least 3 years of accounting or complex finance experience
- ⢠5 years of customer service or account management experience
- ⢠Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and OneNote
- ⢠Strong customer-facing presentation and oral/written communication skills
- ⢠Prior experience with voluntary benefits is preferred
- ⢠Salesforce experience is preferred
