- • Remarcable Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Events Manager to join our dynamic team in Omaha, NE. This hybrid role is pivotal in shaping and executing our comprehensive event strategy, encompassing industry trade shows, customer-focused gatherings, and engaging digital events. As the Events Manager, you will be the driving force behind the end-to-end success of our event initiatives, from the initial conceptualization and meticulous budgeting to flawless onsite execution and insightful post-event performance analysis. Your contributions will be instrumental in supporting high-impact field marketing efforts across key national markets, directly contributing to Remarcable's growth and market leadership.
- • You will be responsible for the strategic management of all event-related logistics and operations. This includes cultivating and overseeing vendor partnerships, developing and implementing compelling booth strategies, managing all logistical aspects of booth setup and teardown, coordinating shipping and travel arrangements, curating and distributing branded merchandise, and orchestrating exclusive executive experiences. Furthermore, you will play a key role in the successful launch of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring that events are seamlessly woven into the broader marketing narrative.
- • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work in close partnership with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success. This collaborative approach will ensure that our event programs are strategically aligned with overarching business objectives, effectively driving pipeline generation, accelerating revenue growth, nurturing and strengthening customer relationships, and significantly elevating the Remarcable brand on a national scale.

- • Key responsibilities include owning the planning and meticulous execution of industry, association, and digital event marketing programs. This involves defining event objectives, developing detailed project plans, managing timelines, and ensuring all deliverables are met to the highest standard.
- • You will be tasked with designing and delivering exclusive, high-touch executive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experiences. These curated events are designed to foster deeper relationships with key enterprise accounts and accelerate the progression of late-stage sales opportunities, demonstrating a strategic focus on high-value targets.
- • Comprehensive management of all event operations is a core function. This includes overseeing shipping logistics, coordinating booth construction and dismantling, managing vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring seamless setup and teardown processes, and providing critical on-site support to guarantee smooth event flow.
- • A crucial aspect of the role involves partnering with our creative team, whether internal or external contractors, to translate creative requirements into tangible event assets. This ensures that all event materials and presentations are delivered on time and adhere strictly to corporate brand standards, maintaining a consistent and professional brand image.
- • You will be responsible for the strategic management of vendors, budgets, and overall event logistics and production. A key focus will be on applying a strategic lens to prioritize initiatives that deliver maximum impact, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- • Close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams is essential to ensure that all events are tightly aligned with business objectives and effectively support full-funnel engagement strategies, from initial awareness to customer advocacy.
- • Ownership of event ROI reporting is a critical deliverable. This includes meticulous pre-event planning metrics, efficient lead capture processes, effective post-event follow-up strategies, and the accurate measurement of influenced pipeline, providing clear insights into event performance and value.
