• • The Social Media Growth Lead will own the strategic direction and performance of the brand’s social media presence across key platforms, driving revenue, optimizing engagement funnels, and aligning content with business objectives for a design-led jewelry brand serving U.S.-based clients.
• • Day to day, the role involves developing and owning overarching social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other channels; defining each platform’s role in the marketing and revenue ecosystem; building strategic plans for campaigns, launches, and evergreen initiatives; providing direction to internal creative teams; analyzing performance data to refine strategy; staying informed on platform trends and competitor activity; collaborating with creative leadership and marketing stakeholders; and tracking KPIs such as engagement, traffic, conversions, and revenue contribution to deliver actionable reporting.
• • The company is a design-led jewelry brand with a strong creative identity and an established internal content production team, focused on evolving social media from content execution into a strategic, revenue-driving channel, supported by a fully remote team operating during U.S. business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST) to serve clients in the U.S.
