- • As a Communications & Social Media Associate at Aera Technology, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying the company’s voice as a leader in Decision Intelligence and AI-driven enterprise solutions, supporting corporate communications and social media efforts that enhance brand visibility and thought leadership in a high-growth technology landscape.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the execution of PR and communications initiatives, creating and scheduling social media content across platforms, monitoring media coverage and social engagement, collaborating with marketing, product, and executive teams to align messaging, and supporting event promotion and influencer outreach efforts.
- • You will join a dynamic, innovative team at Aera Technology, a privately-held, VC-funded pioneer in Decision Intelligence with over 400 employees globally, recognized as a Leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for 2026, where you’ll contribute to shaping the narrative of a company transforming how enterprises make decisions with AI.
- • In this role, you will develop hands-on experience in corporate communications and social media strategy within the AI technology sector, strengthen your skills in content creation, media relations, and cross-functional collaboration, and grow your expertise in positioning a high-visibility B2B tech brand in a competitive market.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- • 1-2 years of experience in corporate communications, social media management, or PR, preferably in a technology or B2B environment
- • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling content for diverse audiences and platforms
- • Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.) and experience with social media management and analytics tools
- • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- • Ability to work on-site at the San Francisco office 3-4 days per week
