• • Events & Marketing Coordinator role at HappyCo Pty Ltd, supporting the execution of event programs by managing logistics, vendor coordination, webinar operations, and event materials to ensure seamless delivery of both in-person and digital experiences.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating logistics for in-person events and conferences, maintaining event calendars and timelines, providing day-of support for virtual and in-person events, managing event documentation and communication, tracking expenses, managing event inventory and shipping via Sendoso, building and managing webinar registration pages, overseeing attendee communications, providing live webinar support, and coordinating post-event materials.
