  • • Serve as the embedded analytics partner for EverHealth’s Customer Experience (CX) and Account Management teams, focusing on the full post-sale customer lifecycle including onboarding, adoption, nurture, renewal, expansion, and support.
  • • Own the design, maintenance, and continuous refinement of the Customer Health Scorecard, defining and standardizing key metrics across CX, Finance, and RevOps to ensure a single source of truth.
  • • Build and operate churn signal models to proactively identify at-risk accounts prior to renewal conversations, enabling timely interventions to improve net revenue retention (NRR).
  • • Surface expansion opportunities by analyzing customer behavior and usage data, translating insights into actionable pipeline opportunities for Account Managers and CX teams.
  • • Translate Voice of Customer (VoC) insights into prioritized, revenue-impacting recommendations for Customer Success and Product leadership.
  • • Develop and maintain post-sale performance reporting on critical operational metrics including onboarding completion rates, time-to-value, SLA compliance, customer success coverage ratios, and product penetration.
  • • Partner with Customer Success, Account Management, and Onboarding leads as a strategic thought partner—attending key meetings, proactively flagging risks, and delivering insights before being requested.
  • • Optimize support workflows, routing logic, and AI/chat performance by collaborating with Support teams to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • • Identify, evaluate, and implement AI and machine learning tools to accelerate analytics output, including automated CRM data enrichment, deduplication, churn scoring, and propensity modeling.
  • • Leverage large language models (LLMs) and AI-assisted workflows to automate recurring reporting tasks, freeing capacity for strategic analysis and insight generation.
  • • Own and continuously refine EverHealth’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) framework using closed-won, closed-lost, and customer health data to guide go-to-market strategy.
  • • Lead structured Win/Loss analysis: design methodology, conduct data pulls and interviews, synthesize findings, and distribute insights to Sales and Product leadership.
  • • Perform cohort analysis across customer segments, product lines, and acquisition channels to track performance trends and inform resource allocation.
  • • Support territory and capacity planning through data modeling in partnership with the VP of Revenue Operations and Finance teams.
  • • Contribute to the GTM metric catalog by documenting, agreeing upon, and ensuring consistent application of definitions across all reporting.
  • • Manage and develop one direct report (Pre-Sale Analytics Analyst), including setting goals, providing coaching, reviewing work, and building analytical capabilities.
  • • Stay current on emerging AI analytics tools and practices, delivering a quarterly point of view on innovations relevant to RevOps and CX functions.
  • • Communicate complex analytical findings to senior leaders with clarity, conviction, and a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
  • • Apply systems thinking to connect disparate processes, tools, and data sources across RevOps, CX, Sales, and Product.
  • • Maintain high standards of project management, attention to detail, and operational rigor in all analytical deliverables.
