• • As a Product Designer focused on Growth at EverPro, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of Invoice Simple, a key product within the EverCommerce suite. Your primary mission will be to drive user activation, enhance retention rates, and foster expansion by designing intuitive and impactful digital experiences. This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing specialists, and Data Analysts, to create solutions that resonate with small business owners.
• • Your responsibilities will span the entire design lifecycle, from initial problem framing and discovery to the delivery of high-fidelity, production-ready designs. You will be instrumental in designing and optimizing onboarding flows, ensuring new users can quickly achieve their first successful invoice. This involves identifying and removing friction points in critical user journeys, such as invoice creation, payment setup, and recurring billing management.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves improving key activation moments, refining paywall strategies, enhancing feature education, and optimizing upgrade paths to drive user engagement and monetization. You will also collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to craft effective in-app messaging, design and execute A/B tests, and develop engaging lifecycle touchpoints that nurture user relationships.
• • This position is deeply rooted in experimentation and data-informed design. You will be expected to translate hypotheses into testable product experiences, leveraging analytics, session recordings, and user research to guide your design decisions. The ability to iterate quickly based on experiment results, while maintaining a high standard of design craft and long-term product quality, is crucial.
• • You will contribute to the discovery process by helping to articulate clear problem statements before diving into solutions. This includes conducting lightweight research, performing usability tests, and validating prototypes to ensure designs meet user needs and business objectives. A key skill will be your ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive, scalable design patterns that enhance user confidence and clarity.
• • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will partner closely with Engineering to ensure designs are not only aesthetically sound but also technically feasible and scalable. You will work within and contribute to our established design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the product. Presenting your design work clearly and confidently, and incorporating feedback constructively, will be essential for success.

You should be comfortable working with data to inform design decisions and adept at moving from low-fidelity concepts to high-fidelity, production-ready designs.
