- • As a Lead Product Designer at EverWell, you will lead UX outcomes for Timely across desktop and mobile, delivering impactful end-to-end product design from discovery through to delivery and optimisation. You will champion human-centred design, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive innovative, user-focused experiences across complex product ecosystems.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include delivering world-class product design for complex products using insights-driven approaches, driving seamless cross-product experiences by identifying opportunities that benefit multiple user groups, leading UX activities across the product lifecycle in partnership with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Research teams, conducting and applying UX research, defining success metrics, using data to measure design impact, fostering collaboration through clear communication and stakeholder alignment, and mentoring and coaching designers while improving design practices and team capability.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years’ experience in SaaS product design with a strong portfolio of impactful work
- • Proven ability to lead end-to-end user-centred design processes from research and problem definition through to delivery and measurement
- • Strong expertise across UX methodologies including research, journey mapping, prototyping, testing, analytics, and ideation
- • Experience designing complex, cross-product experiences across responsive web and iOS platforms
- • Demonstrated success improving design practices, increasing team maturity, and mentoring designers
- • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across all levels of the business
